We expand our successful product family of fire curtains with the particularly narrow-winding Fibreflam® LT300 in classification EI30-C2

The Fibreflam® family has a new member with our space-saving Fibreflam® LT300. The compact system does without a safety contact bar, but of course meets the Effertz safety standard with a type-approved hold-open system and type-tested fire protection drive technology. The door with tubular motor integrated into the shaft disappears into a roller shutter box. The casing can be painted, allowing for almost invisible installation even where space is at a premium. It was awarded the “Product of the Year 2025” prize in the category “Structural Fire Protection” at the FeuerTrutz 2025 trade fair. If used once a day, it only reaches the end of its mechanical service life after 30 years (functionality proven for 10,000 cycles; classification C2). For more regular use, we recommend the Fibreflam® Iso3 which is certified even for 200,000 cycles.

The Effertz Fibreflam® LT300 is a fire roller shutter with textile fabric as the door leaf.

It offers classification EI30-C2 in accordance with EN 13501-2 and EN 16034.

A tabular motor is integrated into the shaft.

It meets the applicable safety requirements of door sets product standard EN 13241. Declaration of Performance and CE-marking according to EN 13241 and EN 16034.

  • Hold-open and release device integrated into the control unit. All our control units offer a potential free break contact for remote release by central fire alarm system (CFAS) or external manual release

  • Self-closing by gravity fail-safe: In case of fire the curtain will close without electrical power, even if the contact to the control box is disconnected

  • Incl. optical smoke detectors

  • The compact HMI comes with a touch display, an emergency release button, and an UP-DOWN key switch

  • Dead man’s mode to open and to close
