Safety and Health Management

Safe and healthy work conditions have a high priority for Effertz. Every of our employees is responisble for the implementation of our company’s objectives concerning work and health protection and the obligation for continuous improvement. Managers bear a special responsibility as safety and health management is an important executive function. We do not care only for our employees but also – in particular on construction sites – our customers and other pesons we do not want to endanger.  

Our Safety and Health Management System was audited by the employer’s liability insurance association for the first time in 2015. As we met their high demands we received the official confirmation seal “Sicher mit System” (“Systematic Safety”).
