Extends our successful product family of fire roller shutters with textile curtains: The Fibreflam® LT600 in classification EI60-C2. It resists fire for 60 minutes and also offers optional extra protection against life-threatening smoke (Sa in the new classification Sa3 or S200). Our Fibreflam-LT family offers a compact system even for very large sizes. Due to its low weight, low space requirement, and obligatory casing, the fire curtain is particularly popular in old buildings and for openings without false ceilings. The entire Fibreflam® LT product family was awarded the FeuerTrutz “Product of the Year 2025” award by industry experts!

The Effertz Fire Roller Shutter type Fibreflam® LT600 with an intumescent fabric curtain.

Classification EI60-C2 in accordance with EN 13501-2 and EN 16034.

Tabular drive integrated into the shaft to save space.

Meets the applicable safety requirements of door sets product standard EN 13241. Declaration of Performance and CE-marking according to EN 13241 and EN 16034.

Thermal insulating fire roller shutter with fabric curtain:

  •  Insulating special fabric which foams if exposed to heat

  • Casing made of galvanized sheet steel

  • Steel parts galvanized (guides and casing) or with a single coat of primer.

  • Certified tubular motor for short-time operation S2 (4 min); power supply 230 VAC 50 Hz

  • Approved fall arrester in accordance with EN 12453

  • Hold-open and release device integrated into the control unit. All control units offer a potential free break contact for remote release by central fire alarm system (CFAS) or external manual release

  • In case of fire the curtain will close without electrical power, even if the contact to the control box is disconnected (self-closing by gravity fail-safe)

  • Incl. optical smoke detectors

  • Emergency release and UP-DOWN key switch, integrated in the control box.

  • Dead man’s mode to open and to close.
